Effective August 1, 2015, for those divisions who have adopted use of the Northern District of California Model Chapter 13 Plan dated August 1, 2013, eligible participants may voluntarily make use of the Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) Program. Debtor counsel can be compensated $2,500.00 upon completion of the modification process. For more information please review General Order 29, Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) Program and the Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) Procedures. CM/ECF will be unavailable on Saturday, September 12 from midnight to 5am and Saturday, September 19 from midnight to 5am for a software upgrade.
All divisions of the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

Effective May 1, 2015, Judge Blumenstiel will convene preliminary hearings on motions for relief from the automatic stay; motions to extend the automatic stay; motions for a determination as to whether the automatic stay applies (in cases under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code) on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. Until April 30, 2015, Judge Blumenstiel will continue to hear such motions on Mondays at 2:00 p.m. Refer to Judge Blumenstiel's Open Calendar Dates and Procedures:
